A 30+ year veteran of ADP, Fran began her business career in 1979 holding various client service, training and management positions within the unemployment claims organization. Fran’s current responsibilities include the position as Global Product Director for Employment Verification and Unemployment Claims, training and product support for ADP associates, clients and various employer groups throughout the U.S.

Fran holds several degrees including a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Secondary Education and Foreign Languages from Northeastern Illinois University.
