From payroll and taxes to healthcare and benefits, the impact of Human Capital Management (HCM)-related compliance on businesses is enterprise-wide. Not surprisingly, many companies shy away from HCM-related compliance management because they feel it can be too complex, too costly and ultimately may drain valuable resources.

However, in today’s business environment, a robust HCM-related technology + service based compliance program can help earn your company substantial tax credits, improve employee benefits and reduce risk of non-compliance.

Join the Financial Executives Institute for an informative program that will show:

  • The potential financial value of available federal and state tax credits and incentives;
  • How to meet the challenges presented by the ACA to help reduce company risk of non-compliance;
  • Ways to help you optimize employee productivity and engagement; and
  • Best practices in HCM-related compliance programs that ADP has observed by working with more than 600,000 clients across the world.
