Rich Schultz
As Vice President of Strategy for ADP Added Value Services, Rich Schultz is responsible for translating client business needs into solution-oriented human resource compliance products and services. He is currently focused on solutions to help employers of all sizes manage the complexities of complying with their shared responsibility obligations under the Affordable Care Act. Rich has over fourteen years of experience in tax and human resources and has served in various business leadership roles within ADP. He was instrumental to the creation and growth of ADP’s Tax Credit Services offering, has extensive experience in national job creation, investment, and location-based credits and has assisted Fortune 500 companies in various industry sectors to maximize and secure their statutory credits and incentives. Prior roles include service and operations leadership roles in federal and state tax incentives, Work Opportunity Tax Credit administration, I-9 compliance services and product management. Rich is a frequent industry speaker on tax and human resource topics such as maximizing tax credit and incentive opportunities, turning HR into a profit center, I-9 compliance management and Affordable Care Act compliance.
