Deepak Mehta
Deepak Mehta is the Vice President and Product GM for the Employment Verification line of business at ADP. Deepak is directly responsible for the revenue growth, management and strategy of the Employment Verification business. Under his leadership the business continues to benefit from double digit revenue and market share growth year over year. Deepak joined ADP in 1994 and over the past 20 years has held senior leadership positions in several ADP lines of businesses including Added Value Services, Corporate Marketing, Small Business Services and Strategy & Business Development organizations. He successfully developed and led the launch of several wage and payment products at ADP including employee pay options like ADPCheck, FSDD and ADP Payroll Card. In his previous role as the Vice President of Franchises & Affiliations channel at ADP, he led the growth of the channel from a $3.5M business to a $20.0M business over a period of four years. Under his leadership, ADP announced the launch of the “first of its kind” widely reviewed National Franchise Report (NFR), a monthly report that provides monthly in-depth look at employment changes within the U.S. Franchise Sector. Prior to joining ADP, Deepak’s career included working for various national and regional banks, managing their mortgage and consumer lending operations.
